Terms and conditions

Should you wish to return an item we
will collect it from you at a cost of £40, which will be deducted from your
refund. Alternatively, you may organise to return the item yourself.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or
similar. Items that are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not
be collected and a charge of £40 may be levied to cover the cost of the failed
collection.

Refunds will be issued within 30
days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We
reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned
damaged.

Please note, there is a 50% cancellation/returns
fee on selected items of leather upholstery unless the order is cancelled
within 1 week of placing your order. Such items are clearly marked.

Mattresses, mattress toppers and
pillows can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses, mattress toppers
and pillows that have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish
to test a mattress, mattress topper or pillow please keep it wrapped until you
are sure you want to keep it.

Where we deliver:

UK mainland

We want to give you the best deal possible, therefore we offer free delivery on
all orders to addresses within mainland GB*.

When and how we deliver:

Next day delivery
We offer next day delivery on some items which are delivered via a parcel service. This
is a one man delivery to the front door of the building. You will not
receive a phone call prior to delivery of these items
. Next day (parcel)
deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), between 9am
and 6pm and must be signed for. If you miss your delivery the driver will leave
a card. This will provide further details of how to rearrange your delivery.

If you order before the cut off time specified on the
product page, you will receive delivery the next working day. Orders after the
cut-off will be delivered in two working days. Some items can be delivered on a
Saturday at an extra charge of £25. Instructions on how to request this are
detailed on the relevant product pages. For orders not requiring next day
delivery please state your preferred date in the Special Delivery Instructions
at the checkout. Please note we are unable to deliver on bank holidays or
Sundays.

Next day delivery is subject to stock availability. If
an order cannot be delivered the next day, we will contact you as soon as we
become aware of the problem.

Please note: any item marked as 'next day delivery' on the
product page will be delivered via a parcel service, regardless of when the
delivery actually takes place. Therefore, if you opt for a later date or a
Saturday for delivery, or if your order is delayed for any reason, it will
still be delivered via a parcel service and the procedure stated above still
applies.

We are currently unable to offer different delivery options
at the checkout but if you feel a next day parcel service delivery is
unsuitable for your needs, please

2-3 day delivery

Items with a delivery time of 2-3 days are delivered via a parcel service. This
is a one man delivery to the front door of the building. You will not
receive a phone call prior to delivery of these items
. 2-3 day (parcel)
deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), between 9am
and 6pm and must be signed for. If you miss your delivery the driver will leave
a card. This will provide further details of how to rearrange your delivery.

Please note: any item marked as '2-3 day delivery' on the
product page will be delivered via a parcel service, regardless of when the
delivery actually takes place. Therefore, if your order is delayed for any
reason, it will still be delivered via a parcel service and the procedure

4+ days delivery

Items with a delivery time of 4+ days are delivered via specialist furniture
carriers. This is a one or two man delivery (depending on the items ordered) to
the room of your choice. You will receive a phone call from the carrier at
least 48 hours in advance of the planned delivery to agree a date and time
(usually am or pm). Carrier deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding
Bank holidays), and must be signed for.

If you miss the agreed delivery we will attempt delivery
again free of charge but reserve the right to charge a minimum of £25 towards
the failed delivery. If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery
at the agreed time please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements
to avoid further charges.

(Please note that to enable us to offer a time efficient
delivery service it will occasionally be necessary to deliver some smaller 4-7
day items via a parcel service to the front door of the building. You will
still receive a phone call prior to these deliveries.)

Multiple deliveries

We use a variety of carriers and furniture suppliers so if you order multiple
items they may come from more than one place and be delivered separately, as
per the delivery time stated on the product page and the corresponding delivery
method(s) detailed above. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you
and, where possible, give you the option of a single delivery date.

Signing for your delivery:


All deliveries must to be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery,
please inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect
condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery
process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery
note. When your goods are delivered please retain the original packaging until
you are sure that you do not need to return the goods for any reason.

After your delivery:

We want you to be happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes you
may change your mind. If this is the case, please consult our

If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight,
Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free of charge to a
nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. If you wish to make you own
arrangements for onward shipping from that point you are free to do so.
Alternatively, we can arrange the onwards shipping. Similarly,
if you require International Delivery we will be more than happy to provide you
with a quote and make the arrangements for this.
